This project was carried out in collaboration with the New Taipei City Department of Health and Xinzhuang Public Health Center. Based on the “Age-Friendly Health Care Institution Certification 2.0” guidelines proposed by the Health Promotion Administration, the project reviewed information gaps and service needs inside and outside the health center. The design focused on improving the entrance image, integrating service information, and optimizing wayfinding and clinic guidance. By introducing design expertise into the public healthcare setting, the project aims to enhance accessibility for older adults and strengthen human-centered medical services.
