This project evaluates Taipei City’s rankings and scores in international livability and global influence indicators to identify its strengths and areas for improvement in urban internationalization. Through literature review, expert consultation, in-depth interviews, and surveys of foreign residents living in Taipei, the study compares lived experiences with international benchmark indicators. It further explores issues related to the living environment, city services, and residents’ needs. Based on these findings, the project proposes short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategies to improve Taipei’s international living environment, enhance its global competitiveness, and support the development of a livable and sustainable city.
